The Navigator Working Method played a crucial role in several complex Works Council processes at Uniface.

With the assessment points from the method the works council proactively makes up its mind in a structured way on what is really important to them in case of future requests for information or advice.  With these documents the principal knows what to expect from the works council on the day to day business but also when important changes to the company are planned. It also makes the works council prepared by being much more proactive. And it eliminates the need for asking loads of questions in reactive mode. The Navigator Method means an upfront investment but it has proven to pay off when the results are needed. The method is easy to understand and with the coaching of Frank a joy to implement.

We have reached out to Frank and his company ORSucces.nu during the preparation of our annual off-site in 2019. Frank visited our campus in Hilversum for an introduction meeting. During this meeting we formulated what we exactly wanted to achieve during the off-site. We wanted Frank to help us to learn from experiences of others.
Frank did a great job during the off-site. He brought wealth of small and few big examples, including famous cases. We had the opportunity to reflect on how things are done at Nike and to formulate a few good ideas on what we can change as Works Council. We gained deeper insight together with our director

We recently followed a tailor-made training course under the guidance of Frank. The first half of the day offered a valuable refresher on the rights of the Works Council, as well as a clear overview of the structure of the Works Council and the financial aspects.
On the second day we delved deeper into the Navigator method, an effective method for analyzing topics and discussing them with the director. The director joined in the afternoon, which made it possible to gain deeper insight together and explore the application of the method.
